The NKN-W1000 Microcomputer-Controlled Torsion Testing Machine is a newly developed metal wire torsion testing device by our factory. It is primarily used for torsion tests on round specimens with diameters not exceeding Φ20 mm.
This model features a horizontal structure and utilizes a computer-controlled servo motor combined with a high-precision reducer. It can display the real-time torque-time curve and is characterized by high stability, large torque capacity, and high control accuracy.
The wire torsion testing machine is mainly used to evaluate the ability of metal wires to undergo plastic deformation under unidirectional or bidirectional torsion, as well as to reveal surface and internal defects. It provides a reliable testing solution for both wire manufacturers and users.
