1. Product Overview
The WLG-5000 horizontal tensile testing machine is designed to excel in tensile and constant-load tensile testing, boasting a formidable rated capacity of up to 5000 kN. This powerhouse is primarily intended for assessing the tensile strength of high-strength bolts and various metallic products or materials.
The test frame features a robust reaction structure, consisting of front and rear rigid supports, complemented by four Φ140 mm high-strength steel columns. A bidirectional hydraulic cylinder is strategically positioned at the center of the left support. At the piston end of the cylinder, a high-precision bidirectional tension-compression load cell is securely anchored and directly linked to the left-side tensile grip. On the right side, a lead screw affixed to the right support holds the right-side grip. Both grips are meticulously equipped with guide devices to maintain impeccable coaxial alignment.
A manually operated safety mesh is installed above the machine, ensuring user convenience, heightened safety, and unfailing performance. This machine is perfectly suited for testing large-size fasteners and structural bolts, making it an indispensable tool for industry professionals.
