Our machine is meticulously engineered to test axial force, torque, and torque coefficient of large hexagon head high-strength bolt assemblies, covering sizes M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, and M30, with enhanced features like real-time display and seamless printing.
Upon reaching the specified axial force, this advanced device pauses for a second, then elegantly reverses to release the specimen, ensuring precision.
The system automatically computes the torque coefficient using the measured axial force and torque, providing results with real-time visualization.
Once a batch of tests is completed, the device swiftly calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation for the entire group of specimens, ensuring comprehensive analysis.
Our smart control system is capable of storing and cyclically updating 32 sets of test data, effortlessly retrievable and printable at any desired moment.
Optional Function:
With the addition of a torque-shear type electric wrench, this versatile device also performs preload testing on torque-shear type bolts, expanding its range of capabilities.
