1.JWJ-10 Metal Wire Repeated Bending Testing Machine 

1. Main Purpose and Application Range

This testing machine is designed by our company in strict accordance with GB/T238-2013 "Metallic materials wire reverse bend test method", ISO 7801:1984 "Metallic materials Wire Reverse bend test", GB/T21839-2019 "Prestressed concrete steel test method", ISO 15630-3:2010, "Steel for the reinforcement and prestressing of concrete-Test methods-Part 3; Prestressing steel, MOD". It is mainly used for repeated bending tests of metal wires to test the performance of metal wires in plastic deformation and defects in repeated bending. It meets the requirements of applying a certain tension force to the specimen during arbitration tests. This machine is widely used in the steel and construction industries, as well as the production of wire ropes, wires and cables.
