This testing machine is designed and manufactured in compliance with the following standards:

  • GB/T 50205 Code for construction quality acceptance of steel structures

It is used to test the fastening axial force, tightening torque, torque coefficient, and tightening angle of hexagonal head high-strength bolt assemblies (M10-M39). Results are displayed and printed automatically. After completing a set of tests, the machine automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and variation coefficient for N test samples.
