  1. Main uses and scope of application

The computer-controlled hydraulic servo horizontal tensile testing machine is used for tensile testing and constant load tensile testing under the rated test force. This machine is widely used in steel, construction, prestressed steel wire, steel wire rope, wire and cable, electrical fittings, and other production and user industries.

IV.Structure and Working Principle

The 100kN computer-controlled horizontal tensile testing machine mainly consists of the mainframe, intelligent servo hydraulic power source, control console, sample horizontal support device, opening/closing protective net, fixture accessories, and test measurement and control system.

The mainframe body is of a 45-degree inclined structure, with manually operated opening/closing protective nets for quick installation and removal of specimens. The sample horizontal support device can be manually adjusted in height. After proper height adjustment, the center of a circular sample with an outer diameter of 0100-0175 is almost coincident with the tension center of the testing machine (to avoid frictional resistance, it is generally recommended that the center of the sample be 3-5mm lower than the center of the testing machine before force is applied).

Both the movable beam and fixed beam are equipped with M36 threaded holes for installing different specifications of insulated terminal tensile fixtures. This equipment is mainly used for rapid testing of the tensile performance of multiple sets of insulated terminals, which can perform maximum tensile tests on them and can also set rated force values for quick automatic loading, load holding, and rapid unloading tests.

4.1 Mechanical Part
4.1.1 Load-bearing Frame
The positioning form of the load-bearing frame is vertical insertion, which is more time-saving and labor-saving compared to horizontal insertion and withdrawal, and the structure is more reasonable. The guide rail, cylinder base, and bracket are all steel plate welded parts, subjected to tempering treatment to eliminate internal stress and ensure that the main frame is not easily deformed. Roller tracks are set on the inner sides of the guide rails to allow smooth movement of the front and rear fixture seats within the tracks, ensuring their concentricity.

4.1.2 Cylinder Piston and Linkage Fixture Seat and Sensor Assembly
The cylinder is assembled with the cylinder base, and the linkage fixture body is integrated with the spoke sensor at the front end of the piston. The coaxiality deviation of these components is not greater than 0.5mm, ensuring that there is no lateral force on the cylinder when loading, ensuring that the force sensor is always subjected to axial force. The cylinder piston assembly adopts advanced international composite sealing technology, and high-quality materials and special manufacturing processes are used for precise production. It has good sealing performance, good operational accuracy, and long service life. Before the test, the fixture is installed in the fixture body or connected to the sample through various combinations. The test is safe and reliable.

4.1.3 Tailstock Car Body
According to the length of the sample, move the rear fixed fixture seat by pressing the button box. After aligning the pin of the fixture seat with the pin hole of the guide rail through manual fine adjustment, manually insert the pin to ensure that the canceling boss contacts the upper end surface of the pin hole.

4.1.4 Protective Cover
To prevent accidents such as sample fracture during the test, causing damage to personnel or surrounding objects, and considering the observation of the sample status during the test, a movable protective cover is installed within a certain area outside the bearing frame.
