This machine is adept at testing the axial force, torque, and torque coefficient of large hexagon head high-strength bolt assemblies. It efficiently handles sizes M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, and M30, offering real-time display and an intuitive printing capability.
Upon reaching the specified standard axial force value, the machine intelligently pauses for a second and then reverses seamlessly to release the specimen.
The advanced tester automatically calculates the torque coefficient using the measured axial force and torque, showcasing results instantaneously.
With the completion of a batch of tests, the device proficiently computes the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation for that entire group of specimens.
The intuitive control system can adeptly store and cyclically update 32 sets of test data,which remain accessible for retrieval and printing at any moment.
Optional Function:
