I. Overview
The GGW-65 Steel Tube Bending Testing Machine is a specialized device designed for performing bending tests on steel tubes with outer diameters not exceeding Φ60.3 mm. It is widely used by metal tube manufacturers, pipeline enterprises, and construction quality inspection departments to assess the bending performance of steel tubes.
The testing machine consists of seven main components: frame, worktable, rotary working arm, bending mandrel, cycloidal pinwheel reducer, radial tube clamping device, and electrical controller. It features a compact structure, touchscreen display, simple operation, high load capacity, smooth operation, low noise, real-time display of bending angles, intuitive interface, safety and reliability, and ease of maintenance.
Working Principle:
One end of the steel tube is fixed, while the other end is rotated clockwise around a specialized bending mandrel. The machine adopts a digital integrated circuit. Bending angle signals are obtained from the optical pulses on the high-speed shaft of the motor. After shaping and frequency division, the signals are used for angle counting and cumulative display. When the working disk reaches the preset angle, the logic circuit cuts off the brake motor's power, stopping the rotation.

1. Electrical Working Principle
The electrical control system of this testing machine adopts a digital integrated circuit. Bending angles are obtained from optical pulses on the high-speed shaft of the motor.
