This model adopts a horizontal structure, using an AC motor in combination with a high-precision reducer. The controller is an embedded system independently developed by our company, featuring high stability, large torque, high control precision, long travel, and self-centering sample clamping.

The wire torsion testing machine is mainly used to determine the ability of metal wires to undergo plastic deformation during unidirectional or bidirectional torsion and to reveal surface and internal defects of the wire. Unidirectional torsion refers to the sample being uniformly rotated 360 degrees around its axis in one direction as a single torsion until the specified number of cycles or until fracture.
